About Us

Paul founded AGP Decorators in 2010.

As Owner and Managing Director, Paul’s role is versatile and changes day to day. His responsibilities include site visits and measures, producing quotations and programmes of work, project planning, scheduling, conducting risk assessments, health and safety assessments and site inspections. He liaises daily with suppliers and customers, leads the AGP workforce and is also in charge of apprenticeship management.

When asked what the most rewarding aspect of his role is, Paul said, “seeing a job through to completion and witnessing the customer thrilled with the finished product. I enjoy helping to bring our customers’ ideas to life and supporting them throughout the project.”

When Paul is not on-site or in the office, he enjoys attending the gym, walking the dog, watching F1 racing and boxing on TV and socialising with friends.

Sophie joined the AGP team in 2023. She had previously worked as an Executive PA at BGL Insurance for 20 years and is highly experienced in administration and clerical support.

Within her role at AGP, Sophie is responsible for customer management, team scheduling, diary management, job allocation, project planning and programme of works, cashflow management, job costings and much more.

Since joining, Sophie has become an integral part of the business. She enjoys liaising with customers and managing the client experience, being part of a close-knit and loyal team, meeting new people and creating new opportunities for AGP to excel.

When Sophie is not in the office, she can be found walking her dog, hiking, listening to music or trying new restaurants with friends.
